Job Description:
We are a local, full-service certified public accounting firm and we take pride in offering personalized and professional services to businesses and complex individuals.

We are looking for a Receptionist whose duties and responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling meetings, client communication, scanning and organizing documents, providing general administrative support to our employees, client payroll processing and client bookkeeping. Previous office experience and experience with QuickBooks would be an advantage.

Answer phones
Greet clients
Process reports
Scan and organize documents electronically
Schedule meetings and appointments
Process client payroll
Light bookkeeping duties
Organize office operations and procedures
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients

Proven experience as a receptionist or office manager
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Proficiency in Adobe
QuickBooks experience
General knowledge of payroll and accounting
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. printers and scanners)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Job Type: At least 32 hours per week

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
