Job Description
Performs a variety of routine tasks such as maintaining records, compiling statistics, data entry and resource scheduling. Provides administrative support, general office support and general field support to the Human Resources Division. Prepares and disseminates correspondence, drafts documents and maintains division records as instructed. Coordinates division events, modules and/or classes.
Qualifications
What is required...
Associate’s Degree; additional work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products
A minimum of two (2) years administrative/clerical experience

Previous HR experience
Additional Information
Wage: Wage range starts at $19.27hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week
Benefits: This position is benefits eligible
Shift: Primarily Mondays - Fridays; 8:00a - 4:30p
Union Status: This is a non-union covered position
