Job Description:
Ward Rugh, Inc. (WR) is currently seeking a full-time Shop Mechanic to join our team. We operate an Export Hay Processing facility in Ellensburg, WA. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, honest, hardworking individual who can work well with other employees at WR.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all press equipment.
• Maintain and repair hay trailers, chassis and semi-trucks. AVI’s required on the majority of our equipment.
• Maintain and repair forklifts, top-picks and hay squeezes.
• Follow all safety procedures and policy of WR.
Experience Requirements:
• Hay Press experience
• Semi-truck/ trailer repair
• Electrical
Qualifications:
• Must be 18- years of age or older.
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks as given.
• Self-motivated and energetic to work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Great listening, communication, and verbal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Must have a safe and clean prior employment history.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Pay will be negotiated based on the individual’s experience, but WR will offer a competitive and industry leading compensation
