DSHS ESA Support Enforcement Technician

The Economic Services Administration, Division of Child Support is currently seeking a Support Enforcement Technician to join our team in the Headquarters-Central Services office located in Olympia. As a Support Enforcement Technician (SET), you will utilize multiple computer applications to process child support referrals, post payments to child support cases, perform research for payment disbursement, all while answering calls. Work is assigned weekly but may vary due to volume and frequent reassignments. In order to complete your work accurately and timely you will need critical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
This is a full time position that may require an in-office presence and provide an opportunity for part-time telework.

Who should apply?
Professionals with 10-key proficiency at 125 KPM, keyboard proficiency at 35 WPM AND one of the following:
Two years of college level coursework.
Two years of customer service related experience within a program and/or services related to research, investigation, auditing, writing, reporting, administration, law enforcement, community relations, or allied field
Please Note: Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute year for year.
