IT App Development - Journey

We’re looking to hire web-based Application Developers for the Aging and Long Term Support Administration (ALTSA). You will provide administration, consultation, installation and support for applications. Join us today on our mission to Transform Lives!

Some of what you’ll do

Application development using ASP.NET/C# and MSSQL to design and develop web applications that gather and store information to and from MSSQL databases and Document Management Systems, and that communicate with applications using XML, JSON, and REST-based services
Design and develop web application front-ends with HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
Convert paper-based forms and work processes into web-based applications
Solicit customer requirements to understand business needs and provide consultation on meeting needs and incorporating new technology
System administration that includes application availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency
Troubleshoot performance issues with applications and back-end servers
Manage security permissions
Resolve software interface and interoperability problems
Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot applications
Manage and configure IIS servers including access management, log analysis, and performance optimization

We’re looking for a professional with
A bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field with an emphasis in software development and system administration support (or equivalent work experience)
Four years of web development experience in ASP.NET/C#, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, and MS SQL.
Four years of experience in Windows systems administration

Experience with the Perceptive Content Document Management System
Working knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, printers, software, and peripherals as well as Microsoft Office products
