Customer Service
- Preform our duties in a way that reflects Campbell and Compnay’s core values
- Earn the Trust of our customer
- Deliver a 5 star rated customer service experience

- Perform duties with the safety of the public and the Install team in mind
- Excercise extreme ownership to identify and minimize the jobsite’s safety hazards
- Provide a product that safely operates beyond the lifespan of the system

Technical Expert
- Be a professional tradesperson by always seeking to expand trade knowledge
- Ensure the installation meets and or exceeds both manufacturer and Campbell and Company’s standards
- Share trade knowledge with fellow tradespeople

Brand Ambassodor
- Model the company Core Values
- Take pride in what you do and what our company does
- Understand and communicate what it is and what it takes to be great in our industry

Staff Responsibilities
- Cooperate & work with all co-workers to create a “team” atmosphere, which will move the organization to the company goals set by the Management Team
- Attending company and department meetings for direction in the goals, objectives, and responsibilities of Campbell & Company
- Be leaders withing the install team
