Customer Service
• Complete general electrical service calls and retro fits
• Know how to establish customer rapport to consult our customers for products and services
• Ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot electrical systems and componants
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
• Explain replacement opportunities for service upgrades, safety concerns, overall upgrades
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets
Troubleshooting Advanced Technical Issues
• Be a technicial resource to other technicians and trades
• Consult customer to explain technical issues
• Utilize company resources to solve technical/recurring issues
Quality Assurance Checks
• Ensure installations, repairs and services meet company standards
• Relay information to leadership
• Assist in developing quality standards across the business
Researching and approving new products
• Provide feedback on manufacturer issues you see in the field and assist with resolution
Staff Responsibilities
