At Barron, a HVAC Service Technician will:
➢ Diligently follow diagnostic, repair, maintenance, quality control, and customer service procedures;
➢ Have a strong desire to solve challenges & help others;
➢ Pursue knowledge of HVAC & Refrigeration, Electrical, & Control Systems;
➢ Perform scheduled maintenance & precision tune-ups on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficient & safe operation
➢ Provide a world-class customer experience;
➢ Educate customers on opportunities to enhance their quality of life through whole home performance.

➢ $60,000 - $110,000; DOE
➢ Hourly, DOE;
➢ Overtime pay;
➢ Profit sharing bonuses;
➢ Annual cost-of-living adjustments.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
➢ Obtain an electrical trainee card;
➢ Experience working with your hands & tools;
➢ Valid Washington State Driver’s License;
➢ High School diploma or GED;
➢ Must be at least 18 years of age;
➢ Legally eligible to work in the United States;
➢ Pre-employment drug screening.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
