Job Description:
Digital Design and Development is a fast-paced commercial and custom home design
firm in Yakima. Typical projects include commercial office, medical office, and retail
buildings for developer clients. 3D is successful due to our ability to anticipate client
needs and “over deliver” on services. We are looking for an experienced
Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a busy small office and has a great
attitude and willingness to learn. This is a full-time position, with typical office hours of 8-
5, Monday thru Friday. 3D has a work hard/play hard policy to recognize the effort put
into a project.
Responsibilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem solve regulatory processes and procedures
Work on multiple projects at the same time
Maintain a positive, proactive attitude
Participate in project meetings as needed
Accountable to team on project deadlines
Experience: Two year degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrate proficiency in the following:
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
Follow written instructions for local agency forms
Ability to schedule and balance projects and deadlines
Salary Range: $35,000 – $40,000 depending on experience
