Founded in 1948, Arthur Warn helped to design the recreational off-roading world with the invention of the locking 4WD hub and electric winch. We take pride in American manufacturing where raw steel comes in one door, and finished goods go out another. Our 180,000 sq foot facility houses all aspects of our business, from fabrication to assembly, engineering, and customer service.
Our Machinists will work with our Small and Large Winch team operating a variety of CNC and Manual machining centers in a fast-paced production environment. You will be given the opportunity to operate broaches, lathes, drill presses, mills, measuring instruments, lift trucks and so much more. Operation is routine and repetitive, it involves loading and tending parts or performing one-step operations.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience machining / training
Blueprint and/or gauge reading experience preferred. Classes in Blueprint, gauge reading, and/or shop math are accepted as well.
Must have basic reading, writing, and numerical abilities.
Self-starter with strong internal drivers for success
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively, while maintaining effective working relationships with peers.
Problem solve independently or in a group environment
Must be able to frequently lift/transport up to 40lbs consistently, and occasionally up to 80lbs with assistance.
Shift Schedule: Both Day and Swing shifts are available!

Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Swing Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11pm
WARN offers a 10% shift differential for those employees who work on Swing
