Job Description:
Columbia Basin Railroad has an opening for evening shift Customer Service Representative/Train Dispatcher. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with others, strong customer service and computer skills. This position must be able to maintain reports and have the ability to pay attention to detail. Must be able to prioritize and multi task at the same time. Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.
