Network Administrator
We are looking to hire for a Network Administrator, if you would like to join our TEAM and meet the requirements of this position, please apply through our website.

Provides support services to internal and/or external users of the organization’s computer systems and IT network. Acts as a first level problem identification and resolution resource, including answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting, and following-up to assist users.

• Monitor network and endpoints for intrusions/threats and escalate when necessary following an incident response plan.
• Monitor system for rogue systems or non-compliant network computers; mitigate with necessary steps as required.
• Perform patch and configuration management of servers and workstations.
• Perform vulnerability assessments with Nessus and mitigate accordingly.
• Perform internal Help Desk tasks as necessary via branch communication.
• Monitor McAfee DLP for movement of customer information and insider threat.
• Manage and maintain hybrid cloud/on premise backup solution using Carbonite Server Backup.
• Manage and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls, coordinating with vendors when appropriate.
• Perform hardware and software inventories, ensuring assets are accounted for and properly licensed.
• Perform backup and disaster recovery testing to minimize potential downtime of business solutions.
• Install and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, monitors, desk phones, etc.
• Keep abreast of current trends in Information Technology by reading industry literature and attending selected seminars and conventions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10, Server 2012 R2, Server 2019, and other Microsoft tools such as Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of Batch and PowerShell scripting strongly desired.
• Strong working knowledge of Networking principals, Server Virtualization, Network Security, Firewalls, Desktop support and familiarity with VoIP Telephone system.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
• This position is designated as “Sensitive” and requires annual criminal and credit background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs.
• Must be flexible and able to perform varied tasks based upon needs of the business.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate courteously and professionally.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
