The Position: We are looking for a skilled carpenter to perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of existing construction components.

- High school or equivalent education
- Journeyman carpenter or equivalent
- Valid Washington driver's license

- Support the Construction Operations Division in the renovation of their single-family homes and capital improvement projects. Experience in rough framing, drywall, installation and or repair of interior and exterior trim packages, cabinetry, windows, doors, stairs, walls, floors, wood fencing, along with experience in the installation of door and cabinet hardware.
- Follow all SHA safety protocols.

The Location: All projects are in the Greater Seattle area.
