Job Description:
We are a mid-sized architectural firm located in downtown Seattle looking to fill the position of Accounting Assistant/Office Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, an excellent sense of organization and proven administrative skills. She/he will possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should be great with people and an enthusiastic team player. The candidate must have a 4-year college degree or an AA degree.

Job responsibilities would cover, but are not limited to, the following:

Accounting Assistant tasks: 40%
- AP – Verify and enter vendor invoices and process check payment
- Monthly Reconciliation and matching receipts of company’s credit card statement
- Tracking employee timesheets and run corresponding reports
- Enter data monthly revenue forecast in Excel
- Coordinating and organize projects consultant invoices
- Maintain project certificate of insurance requests for clients
- Prepare expense reports
- File and maintain AP invoices, clients’ invoices and various accounting documents
- Assist accounting manager with various special projects as needed.

Office Coordinator tasks: 40%
- Coordinating IT support for the firm’s employees
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Responsible for managing a variety of office administrative support activities.
- Assist the principals with various tasks/projects
- Front desk administrator, includes greeting visitors and providing for meeting needs
- Organizing various office events
- Handle various tasks to support the daily operation of our firm.

HR Admin tasks: 20%
- She/he is involved in all levels of administration such as benefits coordination, recruitment and relationship among employees.
- Maintain company database and make sure that it is always up to date
- Prepare job descriptions before job ad placement is made both for recruitment
- Maintain and organize the firm’s job applicant’s database.

The position is 38-42 hours per week, working in our office Monday-Friday.
A valid driver’s license and background check are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
