Position:
Eagle Automation has openings for Automation Technicians to expand our efforts in the fast paced, and growing oil and gas market in the DJ Basin. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, reliable, demonstrate a desire to learn and is capable of adapting quickly across job functions and responsibilities. Projects include well-pad installations, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, compressor stations, salt-water disposals (SWD's), plants, and programming. We are looking for candidates that want to grow and advance within our business.

Ideal candidate would have experience in the following:
Knowledge of Modbus communication protocols and addressing.
Basic knowledge of programming using ladder logic and function blocks. Specific experience with Totalflow, IDEC or Allen-Bradley PLCs a plus.
Familiarity with network communications; local area and long-haul, 900mhz radios, and microwave networks.
HMI programming experience
Experience with FW Murphy Centurion Compressor Control Panels. REMOVE
Troubleshoot, repair and install end devices such as pressure, level and temperature transmitters.
Install, troubleshoot and repair liquid and gas flow devices such as turbine, vortex, mag and Coriolis meters.
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain existing controls and communication systems using controllers and devices from various manufacturers (Schneider, Vega, ABB, Emerson, Freewave, etc.)

Experience:
A 2-year associates degree in Industrial Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, or Process Controls is required.
Prior experience in commercial and industrial environments a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in various instruments and hand tools, such as electrical multi-meters and precision measuring devices.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to identify and solve problems quickly while performing quality, accurate work under pressure.
Ability to interpret electrical and Process and Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs)
Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written
This position is located in Greeley, Colorado and candidates would need to live in or be willing to relocate to Greeley, CO or nearby surrounding areas such as Fort Collins, CO.
