Maintains item catalogs/formularies and user profiles in various purchasing systems. Coordinates with Buyers to manage inventory items and process returns and recalls. Prepares reports as directed by department leadership. Creates Maintenance Jobs in Epicor for new equipment requests. Responsible for physically receiving materials and equipment in the warehouse, processing associated paperwork and system receipts in an accurate and timely manner. Prepares equipment and supplies for delivery to sites. Maintains a safe and clean warehouse space. Other duties as assigned.
Education: Associate Degree/Certificate from and accredited technical school or equivalent experience in years.
Experience: 2 years minimum in administration, bookkeeping, materials management or a related field.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Forklift Operator license or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Ability to perform basic math; understand written procedures, write routine documents, and speak clearly; and understand complex, multi-step written and oral instructions. Ability to adapt to new systems and integrate suggestions for improvements. Ability to recognize problem areas, recommend corrective actions, and successfully implement plans. Ability to manage activities that impact multiple departments, clinics, vendors and commodities as a team. Ability to complete tasks correctly and within projected timelines. Strong verbal and written communication skill required. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required. Experience with purchasing systems desired.
