Receptionist - Yakima, WA

Job Description:
Besel & Williams, PLLC is looking for a Receptionist to join the firm with a schedule of 30-40 hours through April 15th with a start time of 8am. After April, the hours will likely drop to 20 hours per week.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual that pays close attention to detail with the following qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Adobe)
- Ability to learn new computer software quickly
- Detail oriented
- Customer service focus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional demeanor
- Eagerness to learn and excel
- Prior office experience required
- Available to start work at 8am
- Start date in early January

The job duties will include answering phones, greeting clients, intake of client tax data, scanning and organizing electronic documents and processing tax returns and reports.
