DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Expedite and expand the client experience, take direction to complete tasks assigned.
Explain all PPGWNI funding sources, services and ask for client donations.
Efficiently verify details throughout the check-in and check-out process.
Accurately post charges and handle payments
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal management skills.
Flexibility in work schedule is required, including working early mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems.
1 -3 year experience preferred.
Valid unencumbered driver's license, proof of insurance and personal vehicle required.
Travel to other PPGWNI health centers as needed to support the duties.

Strong attention to detail.
Multi-task while remaining focused, with minimal supervision.
