This position represents Virginia Mason Memorial (VMM) during initial phone contact by providing patients with appointments, information and other operation support services. This position also provides a high level of customer service in a manner consistent with VMM’s mission, goals and service standards. Acts as point of contact for bi-lingual patients as needed as it relates to scheduling, questions and/or concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Required.
Experience: 6 months of office and/or call center, customer service or healthcare experience. Proven excellent customer service skills
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Bi-Lingual Required
