The Diocese of Yakima is seeking a Development Office Bookkeeper and Database Specialist. The primary duties are to provide data entry and management reporting support. This will require using software such as Raisers Edge and banking software for fundraising efforts such as Annual Catholic Appeal, Bishop Founders Circle, Capital campaign and other fundraising programs. The bookkeeper will provide administrative support and prepare billing statements for fundraising efforts and reports of progress and comparative analysis for the Stewardship and Development Director. In addition, this position will require working collaboratively with other Diocesan offices providing administrative tasks and support for events, and attend meetings organized by the Chief Finance Officer.
