Experience: Three years’ multi-physician practice management experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of HIPAA, accounts receivables, provider credentialing & contracting, and electronic billing. Ability to provide leadership. Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Licenses/Registrations/Certifications: Current WA State driver’s license and BLS.
The Clinic Coordinator plans, organizes, directs and controls business operations in a clinic setting ensuring patients’ needs and clinic objectives are met. Supervises all clinic personnel and establishes policies and procedures for Clinic.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is primarily performed in an office setting and is considered sedentary work. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally. Requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Requires normal/corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires good manual and finger dexterity to operate computers, phones, and handle documents. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
