Administrative Assistant
Receive Work Orders from Sales Ad Min. / Prepare Hard Cards/Receive product into computer system/Issue weight sheets of all processed orders and shipments being sent out./Verify stock allocations for orders filled from stock./Provide support and instructions regarding pellet inventory adjustments and shipments./Prepare weekly production and variable cost report/Packaging Material Maintenance includes maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, communicate with vendors regarding bids/quotes etc. / Payroll and Personnel files includes weekly report on payroll information, Determine eligibility for monthly health insurance, calculate vacation and sick leave accrual. Other duties associated with Ad Min position.
Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm
