Qualifications Required:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Interest in and/or minimal experience with NEC Code
• Reliable transportation
• Punctual attendance history
• Owns basic tools of the trade
• Must be able communicate easily and clearly in English, both written and spoken
• Must be able to legally work for any employer in the United States of America
Qualifications Desired:
• Recent experience in electrical construction
• Enrolled in a credited apprenticeship program
• Low voltage or special systems knowledge
• Forklift and Arial equipment knowledge and/or certification
• Current CPR certified
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Perform basic electrical installation under the supervision of a Journeyman
• Assist in material handling and inventory when necessary
• Perform unit rough in and trim work
• Perform lighting installations
• Trained in and observes safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required

• Physical Demands- Majority of time spent on job sites, installations; may reach with arms, hands, fingers; balance, stoop/bend/twist/crawl; climb ladders and steps; may lift up to 50lbs; need to distinguish wire color.
• Work Environment- Construction site conditions vary based on weather, if working outdoors or if working indoors. Wears appropriate PPE, as required, to include work boots, long pants, reflective vest, safety glasses, hard hat, ear protection.
