Job Description:
Job Title: Service Technician
Reports to: Operations Manager
The purpose of this position is to provide technical support to H.R. Spinner’s box machine program in the Wenatchee and northern Washington market area. The technician will ensure box making machines provided by H.R. Spinner are serviceable, clean and maintained. The technician will deliver machines, perform preventive maintenance and provide machine operations training to customer packing staff. The technician will be required to wear a uniform provided by this company and present a professional appearance. The technician is required to possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of operating a service vehicle provided by the company. Box machine operations and maintenance training will be provided.

- Combines a variety of skills including: Electronics, Mechanical and Pneumatic Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in the corrugate box forming industry is preferable
- Electronics and/or mechanical technical training is preferred
- Forklift operations experience is preferred
- A background check will be conducted on all applicants

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Machine assembly, installation of equipment, troubleshooting, and machine repair
• Ability to travel within service area on short notice
• Must perform well in high stress situations
• Perform high and low responsibility tasks, including general machine maintenance, facility maintenance, service calls, equipment demonstrations, traveling, and general labor
• Must be willing to represent H.R. Spinner in a positive manner
• Operate a forklift and perform onloading and offloading of varied products
• Operate in a fast paced, ever changing work environment with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift over 50lbs
• Perform Preventive Maintenance service
• Anticipate seasonal box machine requirements and prepare machines in accordance with customer needs
• Willingness to work extended harvest hours
• Maintain positive attitude in high stress environments
