Job Purpose: Provide technical customer service and support during the installation, commissioning, and servicing of Bagging and Concrete Products equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Contributes to customer satisfaction - includes frequent travel up to 75%
• Ensures proper electrical and mechanical installation
• Finalizes the equipment commissioning process
• Ensures that production schedule and profitability commitments are met
• Assists with sales support
• Documents project requirements
• Utilizes CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer relationships
• Supports internal and external customer service
• Provide After-Hours technical support
• Contributes to the continuous improvement effort
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge
• Contributes to team effort
• Participates in applicable SOP and SWI training as well as knowledge base.
