Job Purpose:
Provide technical customer service and support during the installation, commissioning, and servicing of Concrete Products equipment.

• Contributes to customer satisfaction - includes frequent travel up to 75%
• Ensures proper electrical and mechanical installation
• Finalizes the equipment commissioning process
• Ensures that production schedule and profitability commitments are met
• Assists with sales support
• Documents project requirements
• Utilizes CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer relationships
• Supports internal and external customer service
• Provide After-Hours technical support
• Contributes to the continuous improvement effort
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge
• Contributes to team effort
• Participates in applicable SOP and SWI training as well as knowledge base.

Knowledge, skills and/or abilities:

Software Intermediate
a. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
a. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

Equipment Operation Advanced
a. PLC troubleshooting (program editing & network connections)
b. Specific Knowledge of RSLogix, Compact Logics & TI (PLC programming)
c. ControLogix (PLC programming)
d. PanelView
e. Motion Control

Knowledge, skills and/or abilities (cont.):

Education and/or Experience:
1. High School or GED required
2. *Associate’s degree or vocational or technical school degree preferred
3. 3-5 years of experience
