Job Description:
Downtown high-rise condo at Pike Place Market needs an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Position requires strong administrative experiences with Microsoft Office, report tracking, creation of spreadsheets, lease administration, employee onboarding, compiling monthly property reports, project tracking etc. The position also works as a liaison between homeowners, commercial owners, contractors and other outside parties to ensure the property is operating in an efficient manner with a strong emphasis the highest standards of customer care to the owners. In this fast-paced environment, the employee will be able to multi-task and prioritize so that deadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner. Hours are 32 hours a week with full medical/ dental paid by employer. Pay Range $17.50-$19.50
