Graf Investments is currently seeking a talented, part-time Accounting Assistant. Our team consists of team members that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills. The Accounts Payable Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with the accounts payable process. This position enters vendor invoices, assists with reconciling vendor statements, processes purchase order receiving, and assists with payment processing.
•Assists with payroll
•Responsible for the timely data entry of accounts payable invoices and credit card receipts.
•Respond to inquiries received in accounts payable emails from vendors and the employees.
•Prepare accounts payable checks and send to vendors in a timely manner.
•Responsible for reconciling vendor statements, researching discrepancies and answering vendor phone inquiries.
•Create and maintain vendor files including payments, backup documentation, correspondence, invoices and statements.
•Assist in answering multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly for company.
•Assist accounting with special projects.
•Assists with W-9 collection.
•Assist in month end accounting close as needed.
•Other duties as assigned
•Comprehensive computer skills are required for this position
