Job Description:
As a Baird Temporary Associate you will:

•Assist with proposal generation and scheduling agendas for client meetings.
•Mail letters to clients regarding meetings.
•Follow up with clients after meetings and help with tracking/scheduling pro-active reach out to them.
•Own the Financial Advisor’s customer service model and provide superior client service.
•Run comprehensive reports.
•Provide insight on where efficiencies and effectiveness could be improved.
•Coordinate detailed paperwork for Financial Advisor and clients.
•Receive and route incoming calls to their appropriate destination.
•Perform other various projects and duties as assigned, including filling in for Client Assistants at certain times.
•Build strong relationships with other teammates in the office.
•This is a long-term temporary position therefore not benefit eligible at this time. Will be 10-15 hours per week, preferably three four-hour days throughout the work week but can be flexible.

What we look for:
•High school diploma required. Prior administrative/customer service experience preferred.
•Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision; ability to be flexible.
•Ability to drive work-flow.
•Positive and personable demeanor.
•High level of professionalism.
•Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
•Exceptional attention to detail.
•Prior financial industry experience preferred or an interest in learning financial services.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Excellent oral communication skills; excellent telephone and customer service skills.
