Job Description:
Unity Electric, a commercial electrical contractor located in Shoreline, WA, is looking for an assistant to join our Service & Special Projects Admin. The ideal candidate is a professional with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Position requires customer service skills, and the ability to multi task while working with a variety of personality types and professional experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Accounting assistance with invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
•Answering phones and direct customer support and interaction
•Creation of work orders, scheduling and dispatching of service technicians
•Initial project set-up
•Permit acquisition and tracking
•Participate with team marketing and business development
•Customer and business-related data base management and support
•Contract administrative support

Normal work hours are 7:00am -3:30pm

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma
Knowledge or education of accounting principles preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
