Job Summary:
Columbia Valley Fruit LLC is hiring for a Human Resources Coordinator. Come join an amazing team!

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing the recruitment process and onboarding of all employees.
- Administering all benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and 401K. Is also responsible for Affordable Care Act Reporting.
- Managing employee time off.
-Employee relations. Respond and document personnel issues and act as a liaison between employees and management.
-Coordinate company training.
-Succession planning.
-Safety, LNI, and SAW program.

Qualifications: 3 years experience in Human Resources. Bachelors degree preferred in HR or related field.

This position is full time, benefited, and salary depends upon experience.
