Sundown M Ranch, a chemical dependency treatment center, is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented individual who can effectively prioritize workload while working with confidential information. This position includes a variety of record keeping functions in a computerized system. Reports to the Director of Finance. Payroll software experience required and experience managing in-house payroll preferred.
The Payroll Administrator Responsibilities include:
*Performing complex work involving the employee payroll information in an integrated information data system, Sage HRMS
* Auditing and processing incoming payroll data
*Printing checks and payroll reports
*Posting journal entries to ensure accurate payments to employees
* Meeting processing deadlines in payroll; preparing required governmental reports such as Quarterlies and W-2's; as well as complying with local, state and federal statutes.
The Accounts Payable Responsibilities include:
*Collecting necessary documentation as backup for invoices
*Coding and processing vendor invoices and check requests
*Matching purchase orders and delivery slips to invoices
*Coding and inputting invoices
*Paying vendors by check, ACH or VCard
*Organizing and maintaining vendor invoice files
*Responding to vendor inquiries regarding invoice issues or payments request
*Printing and reconciling AP reports
Working effectively and collaboratively in a team environment is a must.This is a non-exempt, full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Overtime may be required as necessary. High School Diploma or equivalent required as well as education/ training in an accounting environment. Bachelors degree preferred.
