Job Description:
Are you great at working with people at all levels, seeking to provide the highest level of customer service? Do you enjoy teaching or training others? Do you have at least one year of experience training people in a classroom environment? If you answered Yes to these questions, then we have an opportunity for you! This position works with the Senior HR Training Manager and Epic Principal Trainers to deliver software application training to end users of all levels. A six-week in-house training program will be provided.

An energetic, engaging, dynamic trainer with knowledge and understanding of training policies, practices, and adult learning styles.
Someone able to teach to all types of learning styles, adapting approaches and methods to the needs of training participants.
Someone highly organized with the ability to handle multiple training projects and priorities, with strong attention to detail, creativity, and writing proficiency.
A self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive approach to completing projects and resolving issues, but also capable of working collaboratively with others when needed.
Ability to interact positively with the training team and all levels of staff from entry-level to Chiefs and physicians, and capable of working well with all personality types.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and WebEx usage.

What you'll do:
Deliver the training program of one or more Epic EMR applications, as well as other software applications, under the guidance of the Principal Trainer and the direction of the HR Training Manager.
Assist in the design and validation of training materials.
Deliver ongoing training in classes and at clinic sites.
Deliver and grade End User Proficiency Assessments (EUPA) to all students.
Understand the other Epic applications and factor this knowledge into training.
Proficient in understanding and explaining the organization’s workflows.
Assist in the development and communication of the training schedule.
Provide off-shift training as required.
Consistently address internal and external customers in a pleasant and respectful manner
Provide high quality service to all customers with focus on understanding customers’ needs and following through to meet those needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration or Healthcare-related field.
1 year of classroom training experience.
Current driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage.
Successful completion of a 6-week Credentialed Trainer course within the first 90 days of being hired.
