Job Summary:
Role and Responsibilities:
The Operations Support position at Douglas Fruit acts as liaison between the Main Office and the ranch offices in the departments of IT, HR, Accounting, and Payroll by providing technical support, facilitating communication and developing new procedures to aid the daily workflow, this includes:
•Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules
•Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions
•Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems
•Develop preventive measures and document procedures
•Install, support, implement and maintain network and system tools
•Generate custom reports, databases, and tools for various departments
•Provide support, and training with new systems and programs

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Collage degree in related field or 4 years of related experience, Bilingual Spanish and English

Preferred Skills:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel and access as well as working knowledge of SQL server and intermediate level Tech support.

Additional NotesDouglas Fruit is an agriculture business and during peak season working Saturdays may be required as needed as well as travel to ranches to provide support and trouble shooting.
