This position coordinates and assists with the customer service objectives for Lamb Weston through order processing and trade management.
Provides support tasks to Customer Operations Specialists as well as the management team.
Works in conjunction with other COA team members to handle the department administrative tasks.
Offers solutions to assigned customer accounts by providing services based upon specific customer/company service identified standards. Interfaces with sales agencies, LW field sales and internal departments
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
4 year college degree preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3 years of related experience in customer service, finance, and sales required
A working knowledge of order processing, credit, rebates, invoicing and accounting preferred
Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Suite: Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook; 10 key experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
