What you can expect as an PC/Network Support Technician....

The PC Network Support Technician is responsible for assisting the Director of IT with the information and communications systems for the Catholic Family & Child Services in Yakima, Richland, Wenatchee, Catholic Charities, Catholic Charities Housing Services, Diocese of Yakima Housing Services, and the Pastoral Center Office of the Catholic Diocese of Yakima
◾Assist in the maintenance of the day to day computer systems operations
◾Troubleshoot any problem areas as requested
◾Assist with the tracking of software licenses
◾Provide coverage when the other IT staff is out of the office
◾Travel to other offices as requested with mileage reimbursement
◾Assist with end user support issues
◾Track all staff technical support requests in a ticketing system (SysAid)
◾Assist with the support and maintenance of the following server/client based and other software platforms
◾Qualifacts CareLogic
◾Google G Suite
◾Office 365
◾Windows 7/2003/2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2/2016
◾Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, WDS, WSUS
◾Casemaster, TMS, Nutrition Manager, Medisoft, Voltrack, Symantec Endpoint, etc.
◾Implement updates and development changes to the computers and system network
◾Assist with the installation of new computers and software as requested
◾Assist with the operation and maintenance of the network
◾Assist with network infrastructure MACs (Cisco, Sophos, etc.)
◾Assist with the phone and voicemail system for the Pastoral Center of the Diocese of Yakima, including all central office locations
◾Add and remove employee names when requested
◾Configure Dial-in-Direct (DID) extensions
◾Assist with video conferencing needs- on call during normal business hours
◾If needed, travel to remote locations to assist with conferencing and video needs when remote support methods are unsuccessful
◾Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
What Catholic Charities expects from you....

◾High School Diploma with Technical School preferred

◾1 years’ experience in working with computer hardware and software required

Special Skills:
◾Provide excellent customer service to staff and clients
◾Ability to communicate effectively with staff and managers
◾Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with designated timelines
