Job Description:
Long-standing agricultural contractor in search of a working Jobsite Foreman to add to our team. We are actively engaged in projects in commercial and agricultural development and need additional crew members to support our growth. You are a great fit for our company if you are:

Able to manage all phases of construction projects including a variety of commercial structures, layout and site preparation, concrete, steel erecting, plumbing, roofing, finish work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
In cooperation with project management, forecast need for materials, labor, tools, and equipment
In cooperation with project management, lay out work flow and assign responsibilities.
Oversee and direct crews.
Coordinate with team, customers and vendors effectively and efficiently.
Ensure vehicles and equipment are in good working order and coordinate with shop manager for maintenance, trouble shooting, and repairs.
Oversee and engage in construction activities to ensure compliance with job specifications and regulatory requirements.
Train, direct and discipline field crew when necessary.
Ensure subcontractors are performing in accordance with expectations to ensure timely project completion.
Supervise the execution of all work in accordance with job specifications and timelines.
Hold crew members to safety and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal and local laws and regulations.
Maintain project logs, files, and documentation.

You should have a clean driving record as well as a valid driver's license.
Able to pass a drug screen, as we do pre-employment and random testing.
Have a history of safely managing jobsites and teams.
Have 3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with tools and machinery such as pneumatic hammers, vibrators, tampers, nail guns, etc.
Experienced with welding, concrete, building erection, and heavy equipment.
Comfortable working in rural areas and all types of weather conditions.
You should be willing to travel out of town if needed and be prepared to stay up to a week out of town.
Bilingual is a plus, though not required.

Physical Requirements:
Must have strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various environments.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
