The person selected for this roles with wear many hats, and will help multiple teams when needed. This is a multi-skilled position with duties including, but not limited to:
Proof Timecards for field employees
Register Equipment
Register Install Warranties
Purchase permits
Upload Job Packets into Service Titan
Excellent customer service skills
Typing skills and proficient with phone systems
Highly organized and exceptional follow-through abilities
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
The ability to schedule accurately and correctly
Making outbound calls

KEY SUB TASKS:
Answer inbound calls
Make outbound calls to existing customers
participate in training
maintain and update our customer database
promote our brand
maintain communication with dispatchers and managers

Previous experience in an HVAC establishment is helpful.
