Continuant is a Managed Services Provider and Systems Integrator, offering world-class solutions for UC and AV systems. We are seeking driven, career focused individuals with a 2-year technical degree looking to enter the IT/telecommunications field. This is an opportunity to join our talented Service Operations team as a part of our Network Operations Center providing industry leading Event and Incident Management Support.

Available Shift:

North America - Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
ASPAC - Sun-Thurs 3pm-12am

What You'll be Doing:

Tier I troubleshooting of customer voice and data networks
Tier I support for OEMs such as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Siemens and Microsoft product lines
Triage initial alarms and assign incidents to appropriate priority and resolver group
Use monitoring tools to identify, research, and investigate potential issues
Provide thorough documentation detailing all troubleshooting and communication in tickets
Leverage Problem Management and Known Error Database to document and resolve recurring issues
Partner with Customer Service Center to provide exceptional Customer Experience
Qualifications & Benefits
Who You Are:

Earned a 2 year degree or certificate in IT, Networking, or related field
Posses strong Technical Aptitude
Self-motivated and excited by solving complex problems
Have excellent written and verbal communication/listening skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Experience with or working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Ability to adhere to and follow defined processes for meaningful ticket updates and escalation
Exceptionally collaborative and customer focused
