Some of the responsibilities include:
- Responding to phone and online patient inquiries, insurance verification and acquisitions of necessary authorizations,
- Scheduling and coordinating patient visits and provider schedules,
- Collecting co-pays.
- This position requires well-developed critical thinking skills and places significant emphasis on process and procedures.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
