Description and Responsibilities:
The Web Administrator for S. S. Steiner will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and troubleshooting Steiner’s corporate website. The Web Admin will work with both Marketing and IT in the planning, organization, creation and publishing of web content along with implementing security protocols, creating backups and resolving software problems to create better user experience website(s).

Software/Other applicable skills:
•Creative Skills in designing Websites using Elementor or similar
•Skilled understanding of WordPress and directory structure
•CMS to website knowledge
•Microsoft Office 365
•Language translation software for websites
•Google Analytics
•Search Engine Optimization and Pay per Click applications
•Photoshop and Adobe XD (basic knowledge)
•Not Required but helpful: Basic knowledge of HTML5, Javascript, PHP, and CSS3

Qualifications:
•Strong interpersonal skills and customer service; a professional manner with the ability to work well with diverse types of individuals over the telephone, in written correspondence, and in person; ability to communicate clearly, diplomatically, and effectively.
•Ability to work independently, problem solve, take initiative, set priorities, handle multiple projects, and exercise good judgment.
•Attention to accuracy, detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties is required.
•Ability to document technical procedures: Installation, Configuration, and relationship between systems.
•Maintain confidentiality and to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner.
•Expert in troubleshooting.
•Desire to constantly improve systems to maintain reliability and ease of use.
•Willing to be available outside of normal business hours as needs arise.
•Develop and implement policies.
