Server Systems Administrator Toppenish, WA

Do you have experience working in an enterprise level server and network environment? Are you an organized person who can work with minimal supervision? Do you love providing technical support to all levels of staff? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you with our IS Systems Operations team!

What You'll Do:

Functions as tier three IS support, primarily focused on resolving issues escalated from other IS teams.
Performs routine maintenance on network, server and cloud systems to ensure their optimal operation.
Resolves minor issues independently and escalates more complex issues to higher levels of the Systems Operations team.

A good communicator who can provide excellent customer service and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all corporate levels.
Organized analytical thinker who can prioritize tasks, assess problems and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
A knowledgeable IS professional with a good understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques, performance monitoring for network infrastructure and IS systems, basic networking technology (both wired and wireless), and Active Directory and Enterprise Windows networks.

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
Experience: One year paid work experience in a corporate server or network environment.
Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Associate Degree or two year technical college certificate in a technical area such is IT.
Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory administration, email systems, hardware and software troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts.
Professional Licenses/Certificates/Registration: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or other similar certification preferred.
