We are a long-standing agricultural contractor in search of a Billing Coordinator to add to our team. We believe our top-notch team members are our greatest asset and are on the look out for talent. Our Billing Coordinator is a customer-facing job that oversees invoicing and ensures that customers are charged appropriately, correctly, and consistently. The Billing Coordinator drives the billing process by utilizing strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and has a strong desire to produce accurate financial data.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Independently manages all billing functions by collecting and entering data into the financial system.
Responds to requests for analysis of time or billing information and metrics.
Responds to internal and external requests and provides high quality support to customers and team members.
Investigate and reconcile unbilled costs versus billed revenue.
Performs general bookkeeping work, which may include entering data and maintaining records and documents.
Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail.
Prepare and submit statements.
Contacts customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.
We’re looking for a couple of years of experience, but are willing to provide training for the right fit.
Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Great attention to detail.
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with mathematics and financial data.
You should have a clean driving record as well as a valid driver's license.
Able to pass a drug screen, as we do pre-employment and random testing.
Comfortable working in an office setting.
Though rare, you should be willing to travel out of town if needed.
Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.
This is a clerical position with prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Candidates should have a clean driving record to be insurable under our company policy and be able to pass a drug screen, as we do pre-employment and random testing.
