We are looking to add a team member to our Real Estate/Property Management Administrative Assistant team! This team member would be responsible for answering phone calls, pre-screening applicants for our rentals, and leading our collections process from past tenants. An ideal fit would be someone who has working knowledge of Appfolio/Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, comfortable working in fast pace environment, and can prioritize well.
This position requires:
-High School Diploma/GED
-Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft programs
-Bilingual in Spanish/English.
Starting wage will be $15.00+ per hour DOE.
Hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

. Basic accounting knowledge.
Ideally, the perfect candidate would also have basic knowledge of Quickbooks/bookkeeping, property management processes, and also fit well with our current staff.
