Manufacturing Engineering Technician I:
The Manufacturing Engineering Quality Technician provides troubleshooting and technical direction in the manufacturing processes based on established business strategies to ensure continual improvement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician uses their investigation and research skills to analyze product output,conduct testing and inspections, to keep output high without compromising safety and quality.
Shift:Grave, Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 pm –7:30 am

.•Perform testing and troubleshooting on product or system failures by utilizing production and engineering documentation to minimize manufacturing downtime
•Investigate, analyze, document and recommend improvements on root-cause production process and efficiency problems•Conduct engineering tests and evaluations to collect data or assist in research work
•Assist upper-level Technicians in analyzing machine performance using historical data to make suggestions for improving product quality
•Assist Equipment Technicians in qualifying part quality after machine adjustments and in addressing machine issues
•Develop documentation for work instructions, standards, and assembly drawings
•Assist upper-level Technicians in conducting true cause analysis on a variety of issues
Education and Experience:
•Associate’s degree or equivalent applicable education and work experience is required
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred
•Proficient PC skills are required, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite; basic knowledge of PLC and CAD systems preferred
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with all levels of personnel
•Utilize critical thinking to propose creative solutions to complex problems
