Provide technical, clerical, and customer service support for Human Resources.
Encompass all benefits for both salaried and hourly employees.
Maintain Human Resource Information System records.
Responsible for the Education Program Development and Facilitation.
Interpret personnel policies and procedures and benefits summary plan descriptions fairly and consistently.
Responsible for the Tracking and Reporting of all house wide training requirements and departmental training by request.
Perform other related work as required.

Skilled in computer programs.
Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Human Resources.
A minimum of at least 3-5 years progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.
Labor Relations experience is preferred.
