Job Summary

RAD Repair and Exhaust is looking for an energetic, positive and motivated Team Member.

Job Responsibilities of an Automotive Technician:

Automotive Technicians are responsible for diagnosing vehicle malfunctions and addressing customer concerns. Techinicians recommend and perform appropriate repairs.

Automotive Technicians perform automotive repairs utilizing repair orders. Repairs are required to be completed accurately and in accordance with factory and service center standards in a timely manner.

Responsibilities of the Automotive Technician role include:

Examining vehicles
Diagnostics
Communicating with Service Advisor on recommended repairs, suggested/required maintenance
Complete repairs accurately and in a timely manner
Documentation of all repairs and parts/supplies used
Driving Customer Cars before and after repairs

Qualifications and Skills

Automotive Diagnostic and Repair experience
Must have own tools
ASE Certification a plus, Desire to keep learning a must
Customer service skills
Verbal, and written communication skills
Knowledge of Computer and Scan Tools
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-motivated, goal and detail oriented, and have the ability to work within a fast paced environment
Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
