IS Customer Support Specialist - Beaverton, OR

Job Description:
I currently have a position as an IS Customer Support Technician at Providence in Beaverton. They are looking for someone with strong customer service and writing skills. Must have IT knowledge.

There call volume has increased due to several factors and hold times are currently over 25 mins. They will be supporting internal Providence employees including doctors and nurses along with admin staff. They can support password resets and even take ER calls if pc's or applications are down. They take about 30 calls per tech per day and use ServiceNow on the call center. It is a business casual environment.

It’s a really good opportunity to get your foot in the door for the 3rd largest health care provider that spans the west coast.

Must be able to pass a background check and pass a drug test.

6 month contract with potential for extension and hired on as a providence employee.

This will be located at the murray business center so you will not be in the hospital or around patients or doctors and nurses. (3601 Murray Business Center Beaverton, OR)

We have both Full time and Part time positions.
