The IT User Security Administrator will be responsible for maintaining access and privileges to all applications. Update access based on roles within the credit union, including when an employee transitions from one role to another or leaves the credit union. Ensure that updates are completed in a timely manner and communicate concerns with application owners. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with the integration of Single Sign On on applications were possible, verifying users and resetting passwords, auditing and recertifying user accounts/privileges to comply with the Information Security Policy. Administer the ID-Admin and Conetrix applications and support end users as needed. Assist with BCP documentation, testing and making sure documents are up to date. Helping with Vendor management and assisting with reviewing and maintaining a current list of active vendors.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Add, remove and disable users within identified timeframe.
-Update user privileges as requested.
-Unlock and Reset passwords following established reset policy and procedures.
-Troubleshoot user account related issues.
-Update User Contact Information on appropriate systems.
-Tracking and recertify User Accounts and privileges.
-Assist with ad hoc user account related projects.
-Administer the ID-Admin and Conetrix applications.
-Assist with BCP documentation and testing and Vendor Management.
-Must understand and perform Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) functions as applicable to job responsibilities.
-Attend credit union training sessions, conferences, or seminars as approved by supervisor. Maintain awareness of policies and regulations related to duties and responsibilities.
-Provide friendly, professional and accurate service and support to all members and staff.
-Maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.

-Ability to analyze information and recommend achievable process improvements to Information Security Officer.
-Two-year college degree. Major course of study being Network Administration, Computer Science or related major desired. The equivalent completion of specialized courses in the area of information technology and additional related experience shall be recognized as an equivalency to education requirements.
-One to three years of similar or related experience. -Experience with network security and firewall hardware and software strongly desired.
-Strong knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 Server, TCP/IP Networking, DHCP, WINS, DNS, VMWare, and Microsoft Active Directory, including group policies and Exchange 2003/2007strongly desired.
-Must consistently display and maintain courtesy, tact, and diplomacy with current and potential members, peers, and staff.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, software, and standard office equipment.
-Per the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, this is considered a light capacity position.
Frequent sitting (31-70%).
-Occasional walking and standing (11-30%).
-Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently, including negligible forces.
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on an occasional basis.
-Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions.
