What you'll do:
Fill an important role in our dental front office, assisting patients and keeping the front office running smoothly
Schedule appointments and make reminder calls
Register patients and inform them about the clinic, charges, policies, and procedures
Prepare and manage patient charts

High School diploma or GED
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Your front office experience in a medical or dental office or other office setting is a plus
Experience with computer applications and typing

We are Level 3 Certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). With integrated services including medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, primary care nutritional counseling, autism screening, and primary care behavioral health, YVFWC’s patient-centered model of care offers patients the full spectrum of care and shelter assistance, energy assistance, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling and testing, home visits, and four mobile medical/dental clinics.
